"we went around the block of our hotel royal plaza and noticed a huge new sign hanging from the centro commercial santander plaza. After we climbed up the central circular staircase, we discovered a mid-floor with tables and chairs, with a large tw at one end and a newly equipped kitchen on the other. we talked to the uniformed staff, then the cook, communicate through the English-Spanish part to choose the lunch. we washed our hands and sat down to fruit drink and soup, followed by our meal; 1 chicken and 1 fried fish, both served with rice, cauliflower/ carrot salad, and curtains. while we observed the Spanish after-seating, we have many single companies and several pairs that eat, a pick-up carried out, and all pay in the center caja. a wonderful meal with efficient service and overall less than $6 for 2."
