"We were disappointed that our afternoon tea was served in small rooms at the top of the house, likely due to a high-profile event in the main restaurant. Furthermore, the teacups were dirty, mismatched, and chipped, which was quite embarrassing for our lovely waitress, who quickly replaced them. It might be a good idea to avoid serving "Lady Isabella's" afternoon tea on Saturdays when catering to another special occasion, such as a wedding. Unfortunately, our special treat to celebrate my sister's birthday felt somewhat lacking."
