"My fiancé and I both tried the spicy chicken sandwich and pommes, which were both delicious. As we waited, the owner even gave me a sample of their chocolate Chia pudding, which was also amazing. I also grabbed some other items from their refrigerator to try. Additionally, they offer a complete catering menu.
While they are available on DoorDash, it can be a little tricky to find their listing. Make sure to search for Sprig Market, select the whole day menu, and then scroll down to find the Salt and Seed menu. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend trying out Salt and Seed."
