"This gluten-free pastry shop offers delicious food that I’ve enjoyed in the past. However, I was disappointed by the service during my recent visit. When I ordered a coffee and brownie, I asked for a small glass of water but was repeatedly told they only serve bottled water, which was more than I needed. Later, I saw another guest receive a glass of water upon request. While the food and drinks are excellent, I would have expected more attentive service from a place that’s a bit more upscale — such as the simple courtesy of a small glass of water with an espresso.
