We were there as a group, our tablekeeper was so unfriendly. We ordered the drinks, he brought the wrong ones and didn't even apologize, but was still incompatible. We are regular guests and visit the Augustiner Bräustuben at least 1x per week, mostly on weekends. We like to be there and the service staff is very friendly. The old saying: How you do to me if you are kind to the staff, they want to return the kindness.
