"I visited today for the first time with my mom, hoping to enjoy some lunch. Although I understand that it was busy, waiting 50 minutes for our food is simply unacceptable. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm, and my 'medium rare' steak was far from that. To make matters worse, a so-called manager spoke to me as if I were less than dirt! This place is a disappointment, and the food is equally underwhelming. If you can't manage a busy lunch rush, hire more staff or shut down during peak hours!"
