"Our two foods were unfortunately up to the outer edge of Roh (cordon bleu) and had to be charged unfortunately. Because it was very unpleasant to me I tried to speak quietly that the other guests couldn't get along with it. But, unfortunately, I felt everything but rather understanding, I was discussed with myself. We were not offered a new one or apologised for it...."
