Food was great, server was friendly but perhaps not enough servers? Took 15 minutes before we the server came over which I find too long. It was chilly in there, most patrons were wearing their jackets. They finally cosed their front door about 2/3rd's of the way in. Was loud, but no louder than any other pub environment. I imagine we will be back as the food make up for the shortcomings.

My partner had a fantastic birthday celebration at this restaurant. It was their first visit, and we will definitely return. The server was excellent, offering helpful suggestions and displaying great patience with us as we enjoyed our meal at a leisurely pace.

The food and service were very good. Rob was especially good. He gave us very good service and even remembered all 5 of our names. The noise level was a bit loud when we first arrived but seemed okay after awhile. I would definitely return.

It was great fun trying a new restaurant in Whitby. 12welve Bistro is fun, lively, the food is delicious. Overall a place we will visit again.
