Brew Wizards Board Game Café

They failed to update their social media to inform us that the game wasn't a drop-in due to it being carried over from last week. When we arrived, the staff was unaware of this, so they couldn’t inform us before we placed our order. As a result, we spent $26 on food and drinks for a game we weren’t able to play. They had known since the last drop-in game that this one wouldn’t be a drop-in, so their failure to update their social media at the very least shows a complete disregard for their customers. Brew Wizards is an amazing cafe downtown that has a very large selection of great coffees and teas. On the menu is an impressive selection of local Ontario craft beers. I believe they also have one of the largest collection of board games anywhere. They have regular game nights and groups that hold events. Well worth the visit as a place to meet friends or as a regular drink spot. Kudos to the team at Brew Wizards.

Cool place, pretty good selection of games. This is a board game cafe first and a restaurant second. Not to say that the food is bad because it is quite good, there just isn't a ton of food to choose from. Staff was quite nice and wife and I will be back!Parking: Small (free! parking lot on the south side of the building. Tons of room when I went but it also wasn't busy.

I visited this place with friends, and we had a blast! There were lots of games to choose from, and it brought back fond memories of being a kid and playing games with friends, all while enjoying the classic combo of a sandwich and chips dip. Good place for a games night with friends. Slightly expensive but very friendly staff.You can spend hours here and still not get bored.Things to note ? Good selection of games and good. open until post midnight so perfect for a Friday night out with friends Arrive early on weekends to avoid waiting

Enjoyed our first visit to the cafe. Brought my kids in the early afternoon. It wasn't too busy Food was delicious and service was top notch. There's a large selection of games to choose from and large tables to enjoy a meal and play. Will definitely be back throughout the summer.

I've visited this place multiple times! They offer a fantastic variety of board games. I really appreciate their extensive selection of interesting local craft beers. The snacks are delicious as well! The staff is incredibly friendly. It's a great spot!

This is such a fun place with a fantastic atmosphere. The selection of coffee and craft beers is excellent. I truly enjoy my visits here, mainly due to the wonderful staff.

I have to say that I really enjoyed it. I've been there twice already. We had a great time drinking coffee and playing board games.
