This healthy, dietary restriction conscientious establishment is a gem in Regina’s Cathedral neighbourhood. The food is always delicious, and the staff are thoughtful, friendly people. I love the vibe, from the local art on display to all of the lovely plants, and it’s always lovely to eat in or out on the patio. Due to the location, it’s also a great place to stop in for food to go so that I can explore and find somewhere outside to relax and eat.13th Ave Food and Coffee House is a must to visit if you’re in the Cathedral area.

I love the mood, from local art on display to all beautiful plants, and it is always nice to eat in or out on the terrace. due to the location, it is also a great place to go to eat, so I can explore and find out somewhere outside to relax and eat. the 13th ave food and coffee house is a must to visit when they are in the cathedrale.

It used to be good the staff was familiar the food was AMAZING but it has really fallen off in the last 5 years. Portions suck, flavors are terrible and their inspiration is zero going in or out if this kitchen. on a seemingly never-ending rotating door of the staff.

Great staff, super knowledgeable. Eva is the best, every time I come to Regina to see my Mom I pop in and hope that I get her. She is so sweet and kind and always gives great food suggestions! Check it out if you are ever in Regina. Réservez une table maintenant

The best coffee shop in Regina.Useful hours. No plastic wrap in sight. Excellent food. Wonderful staff. Great indoor seating. Good outdoor seating. Cute. This is the place to sit and sit Siply.

Fantastic food and service. Vegan/gf options, and a wide range of hot drinks. Their energy bars are some of the best in town. Comfortable seating but you can always leave.
