16 Handles consistently delivers an exceptional experience! The staff is friendly, the ice cream is delightful, and the decor feels cozy and inviting. The only reason I rated it four stars instead of five is that my last visit had an ice cream flavor that wasn’t as impressive as usual. However, my brother loved his treat, and the staff was, as always, very kind! I might have had a different experience due to a mild cold I had a month ago, which may have affected my taste buds. Overall, I still highly appreciate the menu at 16 Handles!
Place is absolutely filthy. Walls look absolutely caked with dirt and both froYo station and the topping station look like they haven’t even been wiped down or switched out at all. All I wanted was a sweet treat to finish off my dinner, but instead I was charged $10 for FroYo from an establishment that can’t even keep up with simple cleanly maintenance. You guys need to do way better. You should be ashamed for letting your store look like that. I definitely will not be returning.
The froyo was good but the topping stale granola completely ruined the entire thing. And the prices are outrageous! Half of the cup is almost $8. So if you fill your cup with froyo expect to spend $15+I guarantee people went one time and never again because of their terrible and misleading prices.Nobody goes in to an ice cream place expecting to spend this much in this little. Then to top it off the stale granola that just made the entire thing disgusting.
I came here today to get frozen yogurt.I picked the flavors that I wanted and it was not worth the price, wayyyyyyyyyy overpriced for a bunch of sugar. Also the tables were dirty, the place looks messy. If you wanna get icecream just go to target and get a talenti or something else because their yogurt icecream doesn't even taste like yogurt.

The owner of this shop is a genuinely kind person. I saw him return a purse to a woman, which was heartwarming. The frozen yogurt here is delicious, and they also have some games you can enjoy.
very good and fresh but the machines are always out when i’m there. very solid froyo and they have a plethora of options when it comes to flavors and toppings. 8/10
