The food is really good, however they act like you are a burden on their lives and spend more time away from the register between each customer making the visit regrettable each time. Deli is grouchy food is great Four costumers often take one order cook the order before taking the orders of the other deli customers, even thou they are all getting the same thing. Bathroom had a bag that says janitor can use all the help. Tips. Yea right I've been coming here for years and I still feel like an inconvenience when I walk in the door. I initially gave this place a 5-star review, but my experience took a turn on the second night. They locked the doors at 2:30 PM, and when I returned later at 7 PM to use the restroom, I found it closed. I was informed that they shut it down at 6 PM, even though I had already paid for parking. The friendly Monica I encountered the night before was now rude and seemed more interested in her phone than in customer service. It's disappointing to call yourself a truck stop if you can't provide basic restroom facilities. The parking fee feels excessive for such a dirty lot. I won't be returning.
I had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. They offer overnight parking for $10.95, which is very reasonable and gives peace of mind about parking safely without any concerns about violations. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially the women, were very polite. I hope one of the staff members managed to get some good rest. The food has an incredible aroma that is absolutely mouthwatering. I look forward to dining here again soon. Thank you for such a warm experience!
