I love this place and would recommend it to anyone in the area, The décor inside is good with a modern traditional wooden feel and a bright open kitchen so you can see the food being made, quite often I have sat right by the kitchen and everything I saw being cooked was fresh and was done so with care and effort. Having eaten here before I expected a lot more. A group of three we sat down and ordered our food. We were told there would be a minute wait which was fine. However, an hour and twenty minutes later we were getting very impatient. In particular a table of eight next to us, who turned up minutes after us, were receiving their food. So we decided to speak to the manager who informed us that they were on their starters that was why they were getting their food, we did not order any starters. She also said we would have to wait a further minutes.A very rude person, poor attitude and no apology. We promptly received our money back and left and won't be going back.
