Never too busy for delicious food and exceptional service.<br/ <br/ 7 Origins is a busy but cosy café in the heart of Geelong’s café scene – Pakington Street. On a street that is filled with café spots, I couldn’t believe how busy 7Origins was at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. Almost every table was filled throughout the duration of our visit.<br/ <br/ However, what stood out to me most was how incredible the service was – regardless of how busy they were. It really shows why they are busy… they treat everyone who enters like their favourite regular. Something that isn’t seen too often.. especially when staff are flat chat during the breakfast rush!<br/ <br/ The award winning coffee did not disap...
Stumbled on this cafe and stayed for lunch. I had the grilled chicken salad which was delicious and beautifully presented, and also a banana milkshake. Only feedback would be that there were no gf breakfast options and staff had to check numerous times if the milkshake would be gf (ended up getting immune without ice cream as they weren't sure about it). I could have had a breakfast dish with gf bread substituted but staff didn't seem very savvy about coeliac disease so I didn't trust they would have a separate toaster and food prep area... would come back for lunch but not much to choose from as a coeliac
I recently moved to Geelong and was concerned about finding a vegan-friendly restaurant until I stumbled upon Pakinton Street and this charming little place. The meal was absolutely delicious and incredibly unique, interesting, and satisfying. I ordered the avocado dish and it was divine. The service was friendly and the price was excellent considering the generous portion size that my daughter and I received. I will definitely be returning and look forward to sharing this gem with my family and friends who will be visiting soon. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Wow what an amazing little cafe. I didn’t realise it was 100% plant based until I ordered my partners coffee (he drinks cows milk) which they obviously didn’t have, instead offered a range of over 6 different plant mylks to try. We both had the ‘not’ avo smash and it was ridiculously good! You got a half avo with a creamy type cheese inside it, rocket, tomatoes, dukkah on sourdough toast and they even threw on some edible flower petals. We will defiantly be back! The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious! I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu. They offer fresh, healthy, plant-based options. The cafe is beautifully decorated with a display case filled with tasty treats and sweets to enjoy with your coffee. This is a much-needed addition to Geelong. I highly recommend checking it out!
2nd time visitor, 1st time reviewer. Great service, napkin quality up to scratch. Water table service , rare these days! Bathrooms on hot water and paper towel dispenser at right height . No running water down elbows! wheelchair friendly. Pumping tunes for a public holiday great vibe. #muntedmondays #krispbacon
