The owner is actively involved in the daily operations and frequently works at the counter, which gives the place a genuine small-town vibe despite being a bustling business. Even when the owner isn't present, the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's like a really large 7-Eleven!

The warehouse staff are always friendly, and the business is very clean and well-organized. There are hand sanitizers outside the shop for customer use. The staff wear masks and gloves, and I notice that they regularly wipe down all the counters during my visits.
