Prior to the new owners these people loved to take credit for everything after doing nothing. And yet claim to do nothing when something is their fault. Aka privatize profits, socialize losses Finger pointing became a reoccurring “trend” among the employees. One specific staff member made an anonymous complaint to HR. These 2 would call this guy up to on his 1 (or 2) days off to complain about so and so not doing their job and somehow was his fault. meanwhile this worker was off the clock during these incidents. Was occasionally threatened about his hours getting cut or possible termination. I can see why turn over rates are on the rise.
