99 Restaurants - Réservation de table

2/21/22 I?ve been coming here 2 days a week with my kids for 3 years. I understand that the job of a hostess can be stressful, but??the terrible attitude of the girl who is the hostess as I am writing this, has really turned me off to this place. It may be time to start looking somewhere else to eat. I can?t even convey the lousy attitude this girl is giving my family. Hey ?if you can?t handle your job, get a new one. Update: been here twice since my last review. Things are better with hostess and the food is good. Had baked haddock, broccoli and rice. Loved the food and beer was cold. Giving it 4 stars.

Walked in at 1pm for lunch. Took 15 mins just to get drinks. By 145 our orders had been in for 30 mins and still hadn't recieved anything. Including the side salads that are customary to be served before the entree.Asked the manager for our salads and 1/2 were brought to the table. We decided it wasn't worth the frustration anymore and left. This is the 3rd 99 we have tried in the area and all the same the service is terrible. The food is good but not worth the hassle of the everything else. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This visit will be my last. Really slow service, after our wait for anyone to show up to sit us at all. their were two other booths with two people in them so why so slow? My food upon arrival was charred and room temp vs hot. I noticed I did not feel that great after leaving and was sick for about 3 hours off and on. So my visit was not good. Visited the 99 in Norwell, MA. The food was good, but the service awesome! Our server's name was Kevin. He did a fantastic job tending bar and waiting on us! He deserves a raise!!!! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the restaurant industry. Manager does not know what she is doing. Also, customer relations for 99 lies to you when they say they 'll reach out. Gave them a personal cell phone number and they said we tried calling. it is a work number and they said you 're gone for the day Laughable

food was good. place was dirty and understaffed. When I unrolled my napkin I saw something gross on the napkin and then saw filthy fork and gave it to hostess and got no apologie. Place had flies at the bar and dirty plates everywhere and fingerprint. Never ever again! Clean this place! Thr only one did a good job was the cook!!!
