A - Réservation de table

Popped in for a drink after visiting the amazing Lagarto next door and booked a table for drinks only in our last night. We visited Lagarto prior to our drinks reservation at 10.30. My wife felt unwell and we were travelling early so we decided to go back to the hotel straight from the restaurant. My brother-in law was last to leave the restaurant and was popping in to apologise that we were not going to have a drink, but thanks for the lovely drinks the previous night. He didn’t get a chance to do that as the Bar Owner had noticed my sister and wife heading towards a taxi from the restaurant and took it upon herself to run to the taxi and start shouting at my sister for not going to the bar...

Really nice bar coupled with owners with an abundance of personality. Only problem was tables are not separated enough in the present circumstances and with customers coming and going we had to move to facilitate their movements. We were also surprised to notice tables were not cleaned properly to the point that used table mats were left for newly arriving customers. No sign of any antivirus detergent to clean the tables and chairs. As I said a few adjustments will make all the difference.

Es un sitio maravilloso, tiene todas las condiciones para relajarse y pasársela estupendamente, lo recomiendo 100×100,,un agradecimiento especial a Federica por todas sus atenciones, por su amabilidad y por aconsejarnos de la mejor manera para sacar todo el mejor provecho a nuestras vacaciones, de verdad muchísimas gracias por todo¡¡!!!!!

En primer lugar decir que hotel muy limpio y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y lujosa. Atención al cliente increíble, la comida en bufet variable y las habitaciones superiores tienen increíbles vistas al mar. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer nuestra estancia agradable. Volveremos seguro. Réservez une table maintenant

We visited the bar for some light lunch and a couple of drinks only to be rudely spoken to by the female owner. She said that they were a bar and didn’t do food despite the fact that we had a light lunch on previous visits and it was advertised. Decided not to bother ever going back!!

Increíble!!! ¡Gracias a todos! Muchas gracias, Federica, has sido muy útil y amable por todas las informaciones que nos ha dado para visitar la isla. La comida muy buena. Nos encantó el dinner show del viernes en la piscina. Hotel justo en frente de la playa, posición perfecta.

Todo muy bien, tanto limpieza como atendimiento, todos los empleados con los que coincidíamos eran muy atentos y amable, entre ellos son encontramos con Federica, una señorita encantadora, siempre ofreciéndonos los mejor en nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias, estancia inolvidable

Experiencia fantástica me ha encantado el hotel, la comida buenísima, la limpieza perfecta y sus trabajadores super amables y simpáticos. Destacar a Federica la guess por haber sido tan atenta en nuestra estancia, muchas gracias. Réservez une table maintenant

Me he hospedado bastantes días y he salido encantada. Me gustaría destacar l limpieza pero sobretodo el atendimiento del personal. También quiero agradecer a Federica por si simpatía y su honestidad.

Un 3* asequible, cómodo y en un lugar tranquilo. La piscina está muy bien, buffet correcto y habitaciones correctas y limpias.
