We had the chance to eat this lunchtime in this small restaurant between sea and mountains, after spending a beautiful week in Corsica we appreciated the great welcome from our hosts, warm and caring. We felt at home during this delicious home-cooked meal, thanks to this little family who made us want to stay a few more days. My visit dates back a few weeks but it remains among my best memories of this week in Corsica by bike. Very friendly welcome by the adorable and available owners, we remade the world , delicious cuisine, small dormitories to spend the night. It's worth it for everything it gives. You feel welcomed by the people and the Corsican land. Spectacular corner where you can enjoy a cheerful informal dinner. Frescura excellent food, get advice on the dishes and you won't regret it. High prices, but willingly paid. It also offers bed and breakfast accommodation for walkers. Sweet little rustic spot for a bite to eat, a drink, or even a bunk bed for the night. Set your expectations this looks like a family effort to make a bit of cash, but omlettes off the small menu were great, loads of excellent chips, and a couple of generations of the family dropped by for a chat.
