A1 Bakery Fairfield

I've been to A1 Big Breakfast three times in the last few days and absolutely loved it! On Monday, I had a fantastic lunch with my daughter, where we enjoyed the Pulled Lamb Foldover and Falafel Foldover—both were amazing. Today, I returned with my coworkers, and we shared their delightful trio of dips with Turkish bread, along with a selection of meze. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially finishing your meal with their special blend coffee and the complimentary bliss ball sweets. A big thank you to the A1 staff for their excellent service and, most importantly, to the owner for her warm hospitality. You all are my 5-star cafe/bakery! Thank you so much!

I love a1. We visit regularly and it's always so good their service and the baked goods. Yesterday I decided to try one of the new sweet buns with the cookies and cream. I thought yeah, probably going to be like other generic scrolls I've had before from other bakeries, you know, kinda dry and not much flavour. I don't know why I thought that everything else at a1 is great. This thing is dense, creamy and delicious. My 9 year old daughter and I fought over it and we're still talking about it a day later. Why would you do this to me, a1? Why would you create something this good so close to my home??

It's great to see more A1 Bakeries popping up around Melbourne. Compared to the Brunswick grandaddy of A1s this is smaller with a more modern cafe feel to it. The food is just as delicious, the staff are super friendly, the coffee is good and they have bottles of Sriracha on the tables. My favourites are the classic cheese pie and the sujak pizza. It's great for breakfast on the weekend.

We stopped by A1 Fairfield today for brunch and were impressed with the customer service, which was friendly and efficient, even with a crowd of people enjoying their Saturday morning. The decor had a nice blend of modern and traditional styles. I must say, the falafel kibbeh were the best my partner and I have ever tasted! Réservez une table maintenant
