eating was average, but the service was inevitable terrible. they have customers in the purchase of a Tandoori-Platter that would have had a chicken ktikka, but our court lacked the ktikka after these on the waiters that they tried to convince us that chicken kattenka is just boneless tandoori huh we then told them to take back this and bring us another dish, but the waiters refused to do it. we then asked for a manager and after a few goalless rounds around the kitchen came the same waiter back and began to question the court again with us and to defend their no refund policy. We went there on Sunday for Father's Day celebrations. We ordered the Malai chicken, Veg 65, Chicken Handi, Naans and Chilli Paratha. The food was awful-the quality seems to have gone south over the past few years and what's most disappointing is that the prices are exorbitant for what you end up being served. The presentation was terrible-chunky uneven pieces of onion used as garnishing. The Butter Naans had no butter. Charge 30% less and the food may still be tolerated. Also not sure if it's just an oversight but for a double storey access, we had use the stairs which was hard with a baby and stroller. I'd recommend Dosa Hut, few doors down if you want similar food, slightly cheaper...but...

extremely rude staff eating in the pictures differs from what they get, they are deceitful we have not touched the court and asked for a refund, they are not refunded, we left the eating at the table and went away we were served cold food is also tasteless we feel literally robbed

we had dinner once on Sunday night, eating was so, and the total service was pretty bad, we had finished the court for one thing and there was no one to come and clean up until we asked them. the service quality must be improved.

Food was not bad but having tried other outlets of the same branch, the food at Clayton was substandard.Chilli prawns were delicious and so was the Aam panna drink.Chicken korma 2/5Staff were attentive

Food normal as any other Indian restaurant.But clearly way over priced. Kind of rip off .Customer service 4/10Overall I felt why not go somewhere else then coming here frequently.
