I came across Olazzo while searching for a new restaurant to try. The menu looked appetizing and it was conveniently located near my home, so I decided to give it a shot. The restaurant was small, resulting in a wait for a table, but once seated, the service was quick and friendly. As for the food, the calamari was fresh and thankfully did not have the tentacles that I dislike. My husband ordered the chicken parm and I opted for the crab and shrimp rose pasta, both of which were tasty. We will definitely return to try the mushroom gnocchi dish!
This is my wife and my second time. We just absolutely love Olazzo. From the appetizers to dessert, we couldn't ask for anything more. We have been in the look out for an Italian restaurant ever since we relocated from the North East where Italian food is a dime a dozen. It took us 3 years, but we have found our place. Make sure to get the cheesecake.

Earlier this week, my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Orlazzo. The service and ambiance were very good, and the food and drinks were great! The specialty martini that I ordered was delicious, and the Lasagna that I ordered was some of the best that I've ever had!
We go here often, definitely the best Italian food in Silver Spring. This past visit was on Valentine's Day and luckily I made a reservation far in advance because it was packed. Regardless, the service was fast and friendly and the food was great as always.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Mongomery County. Quiet, cozy and comfortable ambiance. Service is always very attentive and the menu offers a broad array of choices. Food is delicious and there is a decent wine list. A true gem.
I've been there a few times and never been disappointed. The wait staff is very friendly and the food is great. I had a very good salad and my sister enjoyed the chicken parmesan as her birthday present!
