I would rate Abyssinia Restaurant - Teff 3.5 for the price-to-quality ratio. However, I deducted 0.5 points because they do not accept major credit cards—they mentioned accepting some local bank cards, which I assume are local debit cards. I took off another 0.5 points for not informing us about this beforehand. As foreigners, we left the restaurant with only 30 cents in cash and five different credit cards. The final 0.5 points were lost due to the owner’s unfriendly and unhelpful attitude; when we asked for the bill, he didn’t even bring it and instead said, “So, tell me what you ordered.” (German tax authorities, take note!) In the end, I rounded my 1.5-star rating up to two stars.
I visited Abyssinia Restaurant - Teff twice within three days, and both times the food was flavorful and perfectly spiced. The staff are attentive and speak multiple languages. The atmosphere is very enjoyable, and the restaurant’s location near the Leonardo Olympiapark hotel makes it a much-needed diverse dining option in the area. Definitely worth a visit!
I visited Abyssinia Restaurant - Teff for dinner with my wife and two children. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The space is a bit small, but the open kitchen allows you to watch the food being prepared, which was very clean. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
I truly enjoyed my visit to Abyssinia Restaurant - Teff. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food is delicious, and the décor is impressive. They also shared a lot about Ethiopia with me. It was a fantastic experience, and now I’m inspired to visit the country. The menu offers a wonderful variety of authentic dishes.

At Abyssinia Restaurant - Teff, the owner is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The reggae duo provided a wonderful soundtrack, keeping the positive vibes alive for hours while guests enjoyed the diverse menu.
Unfortunately, I cannot review the food as my order was never delivered. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, but ordering is still allowed.
I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be served. It has taken even longer before. If it takes this long again, I will uninstall the app.
The owner is incredibly warm and hospitable. The reggae duo was fantastic, filling the restaurant with two hours of great energy.
