Ace Plaice - Réserver une table

Fish n chips, peri peri chicken, plain grilled chicken, lamb donor, lamb chops, beef sausages, pukka pies and much more you name it they have it. I have to say there food is really tasty and well cooked, the sizes of my portions are perfect. Never once has my food been a disappointment from here! I have had majority of the menu they offer. Ace Plaice is great, brillant customer service very speedy. I definitely would recommend to anyone that would ask for suggestions of where to order food from they also do collections and deliveroo. I have ordered one of them, but I never knew how bad it was. when I gave up my order, I was told that it will be a good hour, in which I had to wait over 2 hours. every time I call the load to find out how long I will say everything that they are very busy and it will be with me in the next 20 minutes. when eating fine, the chips were very cold and not freshly cooked, the burgers were cold and my chickenburger had tomato sauce when I asked for mayo and also eating out of my order was missing. when I called the load to tell them, they did nothing about it, not even offered to do the order again. I've been ordering from here for years, and since they've changed management, you can see that they're going downhill. How complicated can it be to read specifications? You order items separate yet they feel like it's ok to put them all together in a box. My piece of chicken is missing, the regular chips are missing. How can a child that doesn't eat or can tolerate spicy food eat chips which has been dumped on lamb chops doused in Peri peri sauce??? When I clearly ordered items separate for that reason!!!! Will not be ordering from here again!

I called in here yesterday, after searching for a proper chippy. All I wanted was a proper chip barm (tricky to find in London) and I got it! The food was delicious and they even had gravy! The service was super friendly and lovely too. Thank you for making my day!

Our daughter lives in the area and when visiting this is the second time we have had f&c from ace plaice in past year, both times the food has been excellent freshly cooked crispy batter and good chips, nice friendly staff. Definitely recommend Ace Plaice.

The fish and chips at this restaurant are excellent. The service is consistently polite and friendly, and I would definitely recommend it. The owner even gave me extra chips when I mentioned that I was buying for my elderly neighbor.
