The place is the truth. I went out of town for my birthday. On the way back I came in my period. I have unbelievable bad cramps. Like really back contractions. Just horrible. I had been taking aleve, Tylenol and ibuprofen. Nothing worked. So I looked up some natural remedies to relieve cramps. I stumbled across Rasberry leaf tea. So I searched the internet for an herbal store. Found this place. Told them my issue and she recommended red tent as well. They even made me a cup of tea before I left the store. This is a fantastic tea shop with an excellent staff. Unfortunately, one of the things that attracted us to this place in Chicago—where we drove all the way from Michigan—was the photos on Google that displayed all the teas in jars that you could open and smell. Sadly, the pandemic changed that, and now the teas are stored in cans, so you have to ask the staff for assistance. Despite this, it's still worth a visit for any true tea aficionado.

Staff is very friendly and helpful I bought 3 teas. The iced tea they recommended was amazing. I normally drink Irish and Scottish breakfast tea every day. I will pass on those in the future and buy something else. They were horrible, however, the customer service will keep me coming back.

The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me find a green tea rich in antioxidants without trying to oversell me. They even suggested a more affordable option.
