The bagels are on point but the customer service was a complete miss. We came in 40min before they closed. We were patient as one person ahead of us completed their order. It took another 10min to be acknowledged and when we asked for additions to our bagel were told the grill was turned off. I’ve worked in food service. To have the grill off ten minutes before close is reasonable but 40min?! It was clear they didn’t want to service us. Despite the hype, I would avoid this spot.

Among the best in the 5 boroughs (the only Bronx bagelry ranked on Eater's 22 Best Bagel Joints in NYC. See photo. The bagels are crisp on the outside, chewy inside and big. Spreads are appropriately generous making a perfect meal which I partake in almost any time of the day! It is a small store, no seating, no frills. Just great bagels and spreads and a few other items like Bev's, cookies and chips to go. Also, ample free parking in shopping center across the street.

Tried to order from them on Uber Eats. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels, which are on the menu. Then I got a notification from them in the app that they couldn't make those. What do you mean you can't make them? THEY'RE A MENU ITEM. Cancelled my order, won't ever be giving them any business. 1 star is the worst rating I could give.
