I have ordered delivery twice from this place. Both times the food came well packed and without any spills. I also wasn't missing any items. The first time i ordered a shrimp egg roll, wonton egg drop soup, three regular roll special, general tso's chicken combo dinner and orange chicken combo dinner. The shrimp egg roll is absolutely delicious. I would order that over and over again. The wonton egg drop soup is not that great. I wouldn't order it again. The wonton's themselves are really thick. For the rolls i ordered the crunchy spicy kani roll, the spicy crunch shrimp and the shrimp tempura roll. All three were absolutely delicious and filling. Kai is an exceptional Asian restaurant known for its unwavering culinary excellence. Over the years, I've been a loyal patron, and it has never failed to impress me. Their standout dishes include succulent ribs paired with flavorful house fried rice, delectable chicken wings complemented by oyster sauce, and a delightful shrimp and broccoli combo. Whenever I introduce someone to Kai, they become instant fans, returning for more. If you're seeking top-tier Asian cuisine in the Bronx without trekking to Chinatown, Kai comes highly recommended.
Wow!!! Absolutely loved this place. Met up with one of my best friends there last night to grab a bite. First of all, they included a free appetizer with some yummy sauces for us to have while we waited for our food. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a restaurant that did this. Great first impression! The sushi was pretty good and so was the appetizer (pictured below). The waiters were also super nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back. Keep up the great job!!
One of the best Asian Fusions in the area. Food was delicious and fresh came out fairly quick and hot. Price point was very fair considering the portion they gave which was very generous. Very spacious and the atmosphere was pleasant to dine at. The staff always come with a smile and accommodated every needs without a problem. I would come back again because it's hands down one of the best Asian Fusions with a vast majority of items in the menu! Keep up the good work! Réservez une table maintenant
My family and I really enjoyed our time at Kai. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff was great! My kids loved the food (I have a picky son) and even wanted dessert. I needed wheelchair access to get in, which they only have steps in the front…the staff was so accommodating at Kai, as they opened their back door for us, and made things so easy and pleasurable. Definitely will be returning soon! Thank you for a wonderful night.
The food selection is very interesting and terrific. They have several varieties of dishes that are Asian and some of the more familiar items they have have a whole different take on this preparation but the taste is quite good. I would suggest you go get the menu bring your appetite and have a good Asian fusion experience. The store and the environment is clean and healthy enjoy the food.
Food was good and service was mediocre. Upon arrival I killed a bug of some sort on my napkin. Not sure what kind of bug it was but it was unpleasant to know it was crawling near the silverware on the table. The dining experience was overall good. Recommend this spot if you want sushi at an affordable rate.
