The great thing about this building is the location making the city very accessible within walking distance and long term stay is reasonably priced. Whatever you do, do not rent unit 136 long term. We stayed there for the first 10 months on arriving to Brisbane. The power bill was ridiculously high costing up to $800 in summer, and you are restricted to a single power provider. Since then we’ve moved to a large 2 story house and our power bill in summer currently is just over $200 per month despite having an extra person living with us
