Visited Filton Museum and café today with some family members and the experience was simply joyous. It was easy, effective and served as a fitting end to our museum trip. The café was clean, it was very well-staffed, there was excellent choice and quality of...food and the prices were fair. Service was quick, food was spot on, nothing to fault there at all. Most pleasingly was the way in which every member of staff was constantly involved in the running and cleaning of the café/tables etc. Each of them clearly took pride in working there and wanted to ensure that customers had the best possible experience. After we enjoyed our Concorde experience, we wanted to settle for the next part of our trip and unwind a sandwich and coffee before our departure. it was a quiet Friday afternoon when we visited and the girl behind the counter was super...efficient and fun! she made us both super cappuccino’s with a chocolate concorde above. and continued to tell us how many people thought it was a Christmas tree. super friendly and an exceptional botanical for the place and our cheap sandwiches and cakes as well as the Christmas tree cappuccino were brilliant. highly recommended!

Very clean staff seemed to be very customer focused one young lady in particular (not wearing uniform- name possibly Polish) She was amazing. Good range of refreshing drinks I perhaps would have like a traditional Breakfast, but there were lighter and easier...to prepare alternatives. Had a very nice Gammon, Egg and Chips. I suspec tthe place is getting better all the time.

we visited the website on april but not be deceived, this is a great caffe with friendly staff who really good coffee to use very cheap trips and a selection of meals and offers with local products, additionally I was very impressed...with the system “Green Card” to use a clean table for them Réservez une table maintenant

Only stopped for a cup of tea and small snack, but prices were reasonable and above all it was managed very efficiently and safely to allow for current safety guidelines. With polite and friendly staff this was an enjoyable experience.

and they are empty cafe to good service and pleasant service staff. very close to good covid conscious policies and actions. the potatoes were very good as coffee. a visit worth, very airy open dining place.

We ate lunch here, we knew the portions were generous and shared a club roll. It was indeed enough for but we did have a chunk of cake too. All good value served by friendly staff.

Nice Cafe with all social distancing and cleansing in place... nice cuppa and some cake... great minute break after the museum before Concorde... Réservez une table maintenant

Nice to be able to have a cuppa at the end of our visit, enjoyed our snack and drink, quite a spacious cafe and didn't feel cramped together.
