I had passed by Afghan Kabob and Grill numerous times on my grocery runs, but it wasn't until today that I decided to make a special trip to try it out—I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is absolutely fantastic. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Salad and a Diet Coke, which my friend also enjoyed, while our other friend opted for a Lamb Kabob with rice and salad. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. After a 20% tip, I ended up paying only $15.98—definitely a great deal. I've been a loyal customer for the last six years now, eating here almost every other week, and Afghan Kabob Grill has never failed to deliver high quality food. Usman, the manager runs a tight ship and great restaurant, and he's always welcomed me with open arms. Their Philly Cheesesteak is the best I've ever had, far better than any Cheesesteaks I have had in Philadelphia, and their Crispy Chicken Wrap with fries is by far one of my go-to orders as well. I've had a variety of their Gyro platters and other sandwich items as well, and I have always left a happy customer with a full stomach. Very grateful that this restaurant exists, and very grateful for the food and staff.
Been for this place for years; it is absolutely one of the best top-notch middle eastern restaurant in NJ( or even in the country). Their home made hummus is divine and I can’t any anywhere to replicate the flavor from their kitchen. Even though I try to make my own following traditional recipes, I still could not get any closer. Definitely order hummus platter you would love it and keep coming back!
The food is ALWAYS delicious when I come here, friendly staff and everything. I had been coming here for over 2 years. I made a special trip today to support Afghanistan Refugees that are coming to America to escape the horrors in their country. I wanted to do something even if it's not a lot.

Awesome fresh food, good taste, fast service and good service ask for Usman he will take care of you well. Hummus and fresh baked bread was the star of my order. Ordered gyro platter, wrap, zinger burger, wings, samosa and fries were mouth watering food is decently priced.
The food here is absolutely fantastic—a hidden gem I discovered while traveling through New Jersey. It's a must-try! The staff is wonderful, and the portions are very generous.
This restaurant serves incredible Afghan food! There have been some great improvements! The Afghan Lassi was delicious, and the chicken sauces were fantastic!
