This was my first time at B2 Bistro. Place was great, food was great. However, the service from our waitress Nichol R. was absolutely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! She was very rude, where she confronted us about buying a drink at the bar by telling us it was unfair for her that we do that. Attended a baby shower here. Some of the dishes served at the table were barely touched because they were so bad. I got the salmon, and it was cooked well, but the sauce was bland and greasy. This was our first time trying this restaurant because we saw the reviews were not bad. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We ordered the lump crab cake and Blackened Tuna bites for our appetizers. The tuna was tasteless and overcooked. The crab cake was ok. Beautiful place. Service and management are shockingly exceptional. It was my first time there, and I was impressed how little hick up was handled by manager and staff. Very professional. Russell treats every customer like VIP. Usually you would see this type of professionalism in high- class places. I hope owners of B2 appreciate his hard work. I want to come back with friends and family mostly because of Russell professionalism, and class. If you have never been here, then you should stop by and give it a shot! The food was top-notch quality and delicious. I had the ribeye cooked to medium rare! My wife had the short rib, which was flavorfull and succulent/tender. My in-laws had the Chimichurri with skirt steak and risotto. All we had was praises for the food. The drinks were simple and hit the spot. Service was excellent food came out quick. We dined outside over, looking the lake.
Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The music was exactly to our taste! My husband ordered the steak with chimichurri sauce, while I had the crispy honey chicken on a brioche bun. We also shared the garlic parmesan wings, all of which were seasoned perfectly. This was our first visit, and now we understand why B2 is always busy. We can't wait to return for date nights again and again!

We had a fantastic experience! The bartenders also served us, and they did an excellent job. The wings, calamari, lamb burger, and Italian dishes were all outstanding. However, the pizza didn't quite hit the mark. The sauce was completely lacking in seasoning and tasted like canned tomatoes.
We went to B2 yesterday. My friends and I are very happy about their food and services. The sushi is delicious. And our waiter Egor is fantastic. He definitely made our night even better! Will come back!
