Very classy and romantic establishment. Lots of great drink options, and preset three course menu in an awesome experience! Amuse bouche of warm apple cider was a fantastic start, and the hits kept coming from there. Maple hot smoked salmon candy was unique and delicious, as was autumn greens and quinoa salad goat fondue was the highlight here. Lamb shank and birds entrees were outstanding perfectly prepared and accompanied, the lamb melted off the bone while the birds were a fun trip and different options. Only one word to describe our experience at AG: AMAZING!! The meal was extraordinary. The service impeccable. The noise level: Very quiet. Save this for a special occasion, or a night with someone special, or just if you want a meal to remember. Inspired cuisine in a less than inspired locale totally worth it. They offer a 3 course price fix deal that looked delicious for $99/head, but they also offer a 2 course Bistro meal during the week at the bar or high top for $25/head. When you tire of the all you can eat and chain food and are craving fresh ingredients thoughtfully prepared, try AG Inspired.

The food was amazing, flavors for the appetizers and entree were perfectly blended and paired well with the wine selection. The desserts were sinfully delicious and though I don't usually save room for that part of the meal I was pleasantly rewarded with my dessert selection. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our farm to table meal. Since we footed the bill, the total (including tip and tax) came to over $600... so it was pricey, but memorable.
