spent over $40 and they couldn't make one of the orders right, they remade it, and made eye contact and explicitly said it's just the normal Cajun chicken queso, with NO aioli.... they made it regular again the second time and by the time we opened the remade one we were already back on the road and my friend just gave up and didn't eat it and just went to sleep... they were more concerned with serving the new orders than they were fixing the order they messed up, at least 3 folks ordered and got their food before ours was remade I've been there before and thus time we just stopped by because it was convenient and open late,, but never had such an issue before...

Have loved Ali Babas food for years and still do, but the last time I went there the tall skinny guy taking orders got mine wrong and when I addressed him about it he raised his voice at me and me and told me I was wrong. He also yelled at several other people and was openly drinking a citizen cider on the job. I feel bad for the woman that was working as the line cook that night, she was doing all of the stressful work and still being very kind to the customers. That guy however should seriously be fired, I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment.

Brown, soft, grease-soaked fries were the worst I 've ever had, and I 've eaten thousands of fry orders. THOUSANDS. Brought them back and the 'cook ' agreed. The solution? He apparently threw them back in the fryer to 'crisp ' them up. I lost my appetite just looking at them, but the homeless guy down the street I gave them to appreciated that they were at least warm on a cold night. I wish I 'd got my back. How this place stays in business must be drunk college kids who rush in after the bars close.

I worked nights around the corner and complained about lack of night opportunities. this place is great, day or night. the food is quickly prepared, the ingredient is all about quality that I would have expected. I would go to a seat for the same without hitting an eye. regina always offers a fast and precise service with a quiet smile that will the intensity of the spot at a busy evening. reasonable prices, always fast and accurate. I don't usually leave reviews, and when I do its mostly for 5 stars places. Well, this is not the case. Two pita kabob one Falafel and the other meat. Took 15 minutes to get it although the place had one family before us. Both of the dishes were bad. no taste not to the falafel and not the meat. usualy the dressing or salad inside can improve it, but they didnt in this case. that was really not good.

Decent food but nothing spectacular to travel across town for. Fairly quick, although they did screw up several people's orders all in a row which left everyone standing around waiting for the last third of their orders. A little disorganized. I didn't get hummus or sauce with my falafel, which fortunately was good all on its own.

The Gyros Sandwich and fries are decent, but the Falafel was very bad. The exterior was reasonably crispy but the inside was far too doughy. The Main downside is the lack of constancy of the restaurant. Sometimes the food is great and other times the food is terrible.

excellent pita wraps in the heart of burlington. loved the quality of the ingredients the long opening times.
