Aiseki Sushi - Réservation de table

We were a group of friends which planned to go here for dinner. As we arrived relatively early for dinner, the place was already full as it only has about 10 tables and a bar with stools. We were told to wait about 30-40 minutes to be seated, which we were ok with and actually waited less than 10. Once seated we realized we had to ask for the menu at the bar, and ordering was by filling out a little sheet and handing it over to someone at the bar. From then on the service was a disappointment. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive and we even saw that people that arrived 15-30 minutes after us were already being served. This has been one of many visits throughout Aiseki’s time in Verbier, and I can easily say it was one of the best. The food quality was fantastic, as always, the standout feature this visit was the serving staff and atmosphere of their new location. The staff was attentive and friendly and met out every need often before we noticed it ourself, and the restaurant has a perfect mix of atmosphere, trendiness while still being cozy. Can highly recommend for anyone in the area, would be worth a visit from me chable or martigny.

So great to have a good, fresh, sushi option in Verbier that is reasonably priced and low-key. My son highly rates the Chicken Katsu Curry too. Only thing is that they don’t take reservations and it is not a large restaurant so get there before 7 or be prepared to wait. Or order for take-away.

We eat in this restaurant twice and the food was really good. I would say that the service on the second visit wasn't very good, only because they had two waitresses working flat out and they were struggling to serve everyone. But back to the food ... EXCELLENT Réservez une table maintenant

The sushi here was surprisingly good, given that sushi is a relative rarity in the Swiss Alps. We ate at the bar twice. The place was friendly and lively, with a mix of local skier and tourist clientele.

This place is an absolute diamond. Great venue to eat, relax and taste an amazing sensation of food. Sushi, noodles and currys..... an oriental dream on a Switzerland mountain! 10/10!!!!

Just love the Sushi and Red Chicken curry from the Aiseki Sushi team. Been several times and never been disappointed. This is a must visit if you are a Sushi/SE Asian fan!

Fantastic sushi and noodles followed by live music and dancing at T-Bar makes for a great fun and reasonably priced evening by Verbier standards! Réservez une table maintenant

everything is great; sushi, location and the boss! I higly recommend this Sushi restaurant. Nice atmosphere in the center of Verbier.

No bookings but if you have to wait for a table it will be worth it. The cocktails lift the place to another level.
