not least impressed yesterday, and I loved akbars. I ordered online, on the website, paid £16.45 and drove 16 mile return from stockton on tees, just to find it still closed. this is terrible customer service! Why do they allow me to order if they are not yet open? worse still at midday I was informed that my order was received. Why couldn't you let me know, then you haven't been open yet? So I'm £16.45 down, no matter what fuel costs are for a wasted trip. if this is all the effort they can harass with regard to the customers, then I can fully understand why they had all the problems. steve. it will refund my money, but obviously only cost the meal, but we will see if that happens.
