Akira - Réservation de table

We had a very poor experience at this restaurant for my daughter 's 15th birthday. First off, I reserved the hibachi table for 15 people about 1 month in advance. I also gave a $100 deposit to hold the table. We had a 6:00 reservation, and we were seated at 6:10. We gave our dinner orders salad soup were served quickly. However, not everyone received soup and we had to ask them to please serve each guest. The hibachi chef was 'average ' at best. He was not engaging or fun at all, but we were willing to overlook that because my daughter was enjoying time with her friends. Entrees were dished out, and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. It took a WHILE for the servers to start clearing plates...

I stood at the front desk to order take out. I watched the lady look directly at me. She comes up to front and takes the two people who were in line behind me tab and just looks at me as if she didn’t see me standing there the whole time before they even walked up. Then when I stormed out she looked baffled. Very rude! Terrible service!

The food was decent, though a bit salty. The hostess was not very friendly and the restaurant was not busy at all. My mother, daughter, and I visited on Saturday around 2 pm, the day before Mother's Day, and we were the only ones there for hibachi. The prices were reasonable and it is a BYOB establishment.

I have never seen such a rude and rude business. They kept me waiting for exactly 20 minutes and then rudely told me to go and cancel the order. They said your time is not important to us. disgusting business. I don't recommend anyone to come here Réservez une table maintenant

I called twice and have proof that i made reservations for hibachi and when I get there, they said my name aint there. F this place!!! Ive been a customer and they did me dirty. Honestly. The food is SALTY! BAD BAD manager!!! Thisbshould be 0 star

It's been a while since we've been here but wound up meeting friends for lunch. The specials were amazingly priced. 3 sushi rolls a salad for under $20! Rolls were great. Fish was fresh. Service was good too with the restaurant being quiet.

Akita Restaurant exceeded expectations! Delicious sushi, attentive service, and cozy atmosphere. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and reasonable prices. New favorite spot! 5/5 stars

I enjoyed a great hibachi combo in the dining room and my wife really enjoyed the sashimi. This is a great little byob in Voorhees. They also have really great lunch specials. Réservez une table maintenant

This is my preferred choice for sushi in the area. Don't miss out on trying the sushi pizza! The Hibachi dishes are also fantastic.

I mostly get takeout from this restaurant, and it's delicious, freshly made, and offers good value for the price.
