Albert's Standish - Réservation de table

Very disappointed with our first visit to Albert. Of the four meals ordered three arrived together and there was a five minute wait for the fourth to arrive (clearly the order had been mixed up). To make matters worse two out of the steaks ordered were incorrect, we swopped one over and sent the other one back. To our utter disbelief the steak was then recooked and am guessing the sides were kept under a heat lamp and the same potatoes retuned with the salt still on them. This was then sent back and at the third attempt the chef managed to get it correct. Although we stayed 10 minutes early for our booking, we waited for 30 minutes from the booking period without explanation or apology. eating came with an apology for waiting but and was very good

the food lasted 1.5 hours. manager not disturbed and hardly apologised. the food was bland makrele pate was in the grunde thunfisch mayo and the steak was thinking and cooked over.

the service was very slow. we gave up the gloomy because no one came back to us. it was very busy, but the service was too slow. is really discouraged. everything else was good. Réservez une table maintenant

Childrens meal arrived late . No bottled water given when asked for twice . Had to edit fir extra vegetables to arrive as only one portion given between 6 adults st first .

Ate of the specials menu and average is probably being generous, surroundings and service weee great but food was poor.
