Great twists on classic brunch and smooth coffee in a small intimate restaurant.Found this place when looking for a quick brunch spot in Markham. It is quite small and can fill up fairly quickly so I recommend to come a bit earlier. With that said they do have a few tables and a bar seating area. The coffee is delicious and I recommend this as your starter you won't be disappointed. I was craving a sweet breakfast and opted for the French Toast and the first thing I will say is how soft and fresh they were. I also appreciated the subtle twist in adding parmesan flakes and using a lime infused maple syrup. It was a savory twist on something that was sweet. The only negative thing I will say is...

This was my first visit to this café and it did not disappoint! It is comparable to other average brunch spots in Toronto. We ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict. The portions were generous, but the salmon was quite fishy and the Hollandaise sauce could have had more flavor. The dish came with a side salad (could have used more dressing) and delicious potatoes. We also had ice cream and a latte, both of which were good. The place was not crowded when we arrived at 3:00 pm (last call is at 3:45 pm) without a reservation. Brunch in Toronto can be frustrating with limited hours and long lines, but that was not an issue here. Parking was also available. I would probably not go out of my way...

This cute breakfast spot in Markham/Unionville is a cozy and charming place to grab a quick bite. The space is very small, but the food is good. My friend and I tried the salmon Benny and shared the pancakes. The Benedicts were served cold on non-toasted English muffins, but the issue was quickly resolved by the chef who re-fired our plates. The pancakes came with a small portion of condensed milk based sauce. Overall, it's a great spot for a delicious brunch, but not necessarily a place to linger due to the small and bustling atmosphere. The service was excellent.

Entrance looks closed but it’s opened. You can get in.Customer service awful at the beginning. The woman at the counter was so rude in her way of speaking. This is definitely not a job for her if she cannot stand customers. However food looks pretty and tastes good. The other waitresses were professional. And I was glad to be served by them. They deserved tips. Really not the one at the counter doing the cashier.May come back for another try. Réservez une table maintenant

Go early. this place is a hotspot in markham. is very busy during peak brunch. the best places are those facing the window! the star this place is definitiw the duck and waffeln. comes with 2 very unique sauces. it's a must. next, you French toast. it is a french roasted brioche back, so it is beautiful and soft, inside with a crispy speck and a beautiful sweet drift. on my passlist are probably the black bell and eggs.

This highly rated cafe resto is very deserving of its high and consistent rating on Google Maps. At the recommendation of the staff we had the fried chicken waffle and duck eggs benedict which were incredible. We also had the kale caesar salad and it was perfectly dressed. Very small space so it's best if you go as a party of two if you want a better chance at finding a place to sit.

Probably one of the places I've frequented the most for brunch. We have visiting for dine in and gotten take off more times than we can count. Its a smaller cafe style spot. It was always busy before the pandemic and is probably considered a hidden gem in Markham. They use to have a limited dinner menu too which I hope they bring back.

I absolutely love Alchemy for brunch; it has become my favorite spot! Their selection of perfectly cooked egg Benedicts is unmatched, especially the duck Benedict. The coffees are also delicious and complement the brunch dishes perfectly. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu soon! Réservez une table maintenant

Had a totally delicious brunch for takeout here. Quality ingredients with gourmet flavour combos. We had the sausage benny and buttermilk pancakes. One of the best brunches in Markham. Can't wait to go back for more!
