Let me start off by saying that I have gone to this restaurant several times in the past with friends and family.Yesterday I took my 2 daughters for lunch here and was quite disappointed. JULIA was the waitress.Here are my reasons: SERVICE1/ I asked for extra napkins- didn't get it2/Didn't get refill on water- was stupidly asked when we were ready to go.The waitress was very chatty with some customers but was oblivious to customers needs. She was at the table beside us and wasn't noticing that my daughter's plate was barely touched in comparison to the other 2 that had any food left!FOOD1/ My daughter had specified that she didn't want onions in her food.....food came with plenty of onions t...
unionville is a super charming little town and jake's on main is great for lunch u drink with friends. I went in the summer, it was pretty hot. the salad taco was so big that I couldn't eat alone, despite super tasty. the service is excellent, our waitress was super nice and cool. the environment is very tasty for all ages and the menu is well diversified.
I go to Jakes every so often with my friends to have lunch or dinner on the patio. Service is usually pretty good and the quesadilla is always delicious. Good place for a casual evening out. I would avoid late Friday and Saturday nights if you don't want to deal with drunk rowdy teenagers though, just an FYI.
Seven of us had a great pub lunch out on the terrace on a lovely sunny afternoon. I had the steak and mushroom pie, which was quite good. The others had wraps, mac and cheese and salads. Everyone really enjoyed their lunch. Service was excellent and prices reasonable.

I've been there quite a few times but only twice to actually eat. I have to say both those times were miserable experiences. The food is terrible! Great place to go to if you're just going for drinks and a lively ambience. Also the staff is pretty nice.
Stopped here for and early dinner on a sunny Monday afternoon. The service was excellent, fast and friendly. One order of fish and chips and another of fish tacos, both were fresh and great tasting. Will stop in again.
Unionville has to be one of the most charming places to visit..with Main street lined with quaint houses, which mostly operate as little cafes, pubs, where among the many you will find Jake's on Main Pub
just went there for apps after the Thursday Night Bandstand concert. Ordered Pulled pork nachos and fried pickles. Both were amazing. A must have when going there. Food and service has never disappointed.

Wonderful people, great food excellent location in historic Unionville. My usual place to go after Sunday evening Hockey with the Unionville Men's Hockey League.
Amazing meal. The service was fantastic and the food was 5 star. If your ever in the area be sure to stop by.
