The most disappointing dining experience for some time. From the outside it looked like the cosiest dining experience on the strip, warm and comforting it was all good at the start and the staff were super friendly. But they didn't have the wine or the beer we ordered and it slowly went downhill from there. The beetroot soup tasted like V8 veg juice with red dye added, served with old stale bread. The Russian salad was stodgy and the 'smoked' ham felt like it was straight from a supermarket packet and better placed in a toasty. The scallops came served in stale pastry cases which wasn't mentioned in the menu description and the scallops so small they were barely visible. The food was so bad that at one point we felt compelled to make warning signs at a couple looking expectantly through the window about to come in. At the end of the meal I spoke to the manager about our experience and was given every excuse imaginable from the Chinese (?!) to lazy kitchen staff and he even questioned my previous polish dining experiences. Of which there have been multiple fabulous ones. No offer of anything not even an apology. We would not recommend on any level.
