I would have given 5 stars to the service. However, our waitress had a bit of an attitude in the beginning. Basically, she snapped her response to my friends request. I did make a comment that maybe she heard, and things got better. The food was excellent. Fresh salad, bread was delicious, and my husband's lamb shank was meaty and tender. I had baked haddock with a baked potato, and my potato was cooked to perfection and hot when it arrived. My friend had the chopped steak, which she did have an issue with it being cooked properly to a medium well. It was properly cooked on the outskirts, but the center was rare. The waitress took it back to the kitchen and was very apologetic for the issue. She brought the meat back to the table, cooked perfectly.

This restaurant never disappoints. The food is great and you get enough food in order to take some home. The service has ALWAYS been friendly and the atmosphere is nice as well. Whenever I am in the area I make an effort to have a meal here. I highly recommend this place!

This place is pretty good and decently priced. Great breakfast and it's available all day. I really like the Gratiot location as well but this location has a much cleaner interior. You never wait long so I appreciate that and will definitely be back

Very disappointed food was bad. Got a seat pretty soon after we got there, but it took the waitress over 1/2 hour to take our order. This restaurant was recommended to us by a good friend. I cant wait to tell her what we think. We won't be back!!

Waitresses are awesome. The old dudes in the kitchen, assuming ownership can't handle pressure. They get mad at each other then take it out on the wait staff. What I witnessed was ridiculous.
