All Chocolate Kitchen

Came in today and ordered a quiche Lorraine. It came out soggy and tasteless. I’ve had better quiche at Baker’s Square which is saying something. I complained (which I normally don’t do) and the woman working there (ALLISON) couldn’t do anything for me. No refund and no exchange for anything else. She said she could “leave a note” for the manager/owner because she “doesn’t know how to do a refund”. Clearly, I don’t think they wanted to give me a refund and I was super nice about it. It was a $10 quiche too. Pretty expensive for something that isn’t good quality. I am also really surprised that this place was on the “Food Network”. This is not a place for food maybe just lattes/coffee. My friend ordered a traditional macchiato and the same girl behind the counter asked her “Do you even know what that is?” Just a super rude person clearly shouldn’t work in customer service unless she’s poor or something and can’t get any other job but she should really consider doing something else. We also asked for a cup of water and Allison said “We don’t do cups of water”. Dumb.

Stopped in here for the first time and decided to buy a box of truffles, some gelato and a cookie. There were at least 8 people waiting in the store with only one employee helping customers in what is a quiet large shop!! Once it was my turn the employee starts to help me and then all of a sudden starts helping a guy who just walked in! My wife and I walked out. I refuse to spend my dollars at a business that treats its customers this way. I don’t know if the chocolate is any good or not and I don’t care as I will not return.
