Came in today and ordered a quiche Lorraine. It came out soggy and tasteless. I’ve had better quiche at Baker’s Square which is saying something. I complained (which I normally don’t do) and the woman working there (ALLISON) couldn’t do anything for me. No refund and no exchange for anything else. She said she could “leave a note” for the manager/owner because she “doesn’t know how to do a refund”. Clearly, I don’t think they wanted to give me a refund and I was super nice about it. It was a $10 quiche too. Pretty expensive for something that isn’t good quality. I am also really surprised that this place was on the “Food Network”. This is not a place for food maybe just lattes/coffee. My friend ordered a traditional macchiato and the same girl behind the counter asked her “Do you even know what that is?” Just a super rude person clearly shouldn’t work in customer service unless she’s poor or something and can’t get any other job but she should really consider doing something else. We also asked for a cup of water and Allison said “We don’t do cups of water”. Dumb.
