Almare Gelato Italiano

The gelato at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! However, the service leaves something to be desired. One staff member in particular comes off as very cold and passive-aggressive. When I walked in, she just stared at me until I said my order, without even greeting me. On the other hand, the man who took my payment was very pleasant. I would still recommend this place, but I tend to avoid it if I see her working.

The staff is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. Whether you are a local or just go through, do not miss this jewel of an ice business. Very recommended!

Always great tasting ice cream, Stracciatella is my favorite. Conveniently located right next to Berkeley BART (Zug). Some interior and exterior seats.

Super delicious gelato! I love their chocolate and coffee flavors. Not too sweet and pretty tasteful. They also have internal and external seats.
