It's by far the worst reception in a restaurant in Villars we've ever had! We were shut off by the person responsible, as we arrived 25 min late because of my sister sight handicap!!! The person responsible was super rude and said the kitchen closed at 20:45. so why take a 20:30 reservation! Thank God, a very beautiful delay left us and she was beautiful and embarrassing. My family and I just went to the restaurant for one night. It was absolutely delightful, the ambience, the staff and of course the food was delicious. I personally had an entrecôte with fries and ketchup and ended up with a tarte Tatin, both were delicious. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a cozy, beautiful and tasty place to eat.
This is not fine dining but it is a family friendly useful place to eat, it is also suited to groups of friends and couples. There is a traditional swiss menu, little in the way of vegi options. Atmosphere and menu felt quite homely, it was pleasant and relaxed, no loud music and very helpful staff.
As stated in a previous review, this is a consistently brilliant place to eat .. Personals are really good and have a long time there that is a great plus!. Food and wine choice is great shed when the weather is good there is a beautiful terrace with magnificent view .. Thank you.
