Amano - Réservation de table

this was our first visit to amano on recommendation of a neighbour who described this restaurant as a delicious Mexican fusion. the tortillas are made fresh daily and we are very tasty. the guacamole is a must try if they like a little spicy (like I). I had the shrimp tacos that were amazing! they did not sneak on the garnel and the sauce served in the tacos was very tasty and the zilantro was fresh. hubby had the carne asada he said was very tasteful. the steak was a little hard to cut, but he said that the knife was not sharp enough. the drink menu makes fun, but we just went with their signatures margaritas that were good. the price point is a little high, but considering that they do eve...

the ambiente was different from the usual one. it was bright and awkward. they were clean while the people were still eating. I just heard slender and felt hurried. the food was a disappointment. the ceviche did not taste fresh. the Calabacita tacos were terrible and I threw them away. $124 later. the drinks are always good.

I’m always in a search for the best Mexican cuisine and Amano is fantastic albeit expensive. I was very surprised to find such excellence in such a small, out of the way city as Caldwell. Glad to share with my family which we all could not stop raving about flavors.

Great food, great staff. Happy hour is from 4-5, wish it were longer and included all drinks. Otherwise, love going there for a bite and a drink. Highly recommended! Réservez une table maintenant

Don’t sit on the “2nd level” literally all we heard were dishes being done. Couldn’t hear music or anything. Just dishes.
