I have never been so disappointed by a $9 sandwich from Amato's. The bun resembled a hot dog bun rather than a proper sandwich roll, and when I opened the packaged sandwich, everything just fell apart. I wouldn’t recommend it. On a positive note, the staff at Amato's were very friendly. I suggest exploring their menu further to find better options.
I had an amazing chicken parmesan sub that was prepared quickly by a friendly and hardworking team. The oven-melted cheese, just the right amount of sauce, and a perfect fresh roll made it delicious. I didn’t get a chance to take pictures because I devoured it so quickly! I’ll definitely be back to try more. Great job, everyone!
Great place for lunch! It was raining when we visited, so we ate in our car, but they do have picnic tables available. As of June, there was also a mac and cheese truck and a breakfast truck on-site.
Can’t go wrong with the real Italian and cheese pazzo bread!! Both were so delicious and we were served quickly with friendly customer service! Love this place Réservez une table maintenant
I used to enjoy Italian sandwiches at Amato's in Portland, ME, and I'm happy to say that the quality is still top-notch at their food truck in Rockland.
The personal-sized pizza here is fantastic—I highly recommend it! There are a few picnic tables nearby, which come in handy since this is a food truck.
