I got in super late and Amelia's Trattoria was open and close to my AirBnb. The staff there were amazing. They were patient and helpful and got me a glass of water while I ordered something to-go: the Beat (yes, how they spell it) salad and a tiramisu. These are, quite honestly, two of my favorite dishes to order at most places so I have a lot of comparisons. The one star reduction is just because the beet salad was, fine. The apples in the salad were fantastic and added much needed acidity, but it needed a little more. The tiramisu, however, was pristine. I would come back just for the tiramisu. It was light, slightly sweet mascarpone, perfectly chocolate on top, and soaked in deliciousness...
Nice local place. However, it was expensive. My salad was $15. It came on a chipped plate. It had a tiny amount of pair and a little blue cheese. The salmon was good, but I suspect that it was reheated from earlier. Wasn't cooked on demand for me. The dessert also the same. Felt like it was really reheated from being baked on the previous day. Chicken on the chicken parm also tasted reheated. The food was moderately ok, ambiance was cute, but overpriced for the food. Server was nice, but needy to work on her command of the menu.
made a reservation for dinner on a saturday evening. the place is very small inside, but very nice. we ordered the strawberry fields, the aracini (that day it was spinach and cheese), the gnocchi, and the eggplant pasta. the drink was OK (a little small and not amazing for $15), but all the food was delicious especially the gnocchi. four stars because they did not bring us the complimentary bread (that every other table had) until we asked, and even then, it was only a packet of bread and not the included dip.
What a beautiful little Italian style restaurant this place was. Great service and very friendly. The chef made every dish with lots of love and sooooo delicious. It was for New years eve day and they made us feel special. We loved everything. If you want to enjoy some good real Italian food, this is the place to be. We live in Austin, but on the next trip up north, we definitely going back in this little Italy place.

It's been awhile since I have left an Italian restaurant and thought wow, this place offers a unique flavor to their sauce that is worth returning and paying for again. For reference, I had the pasta Norma (plum based sauce with eggplant) and my date had the special rizzotto of the day with scallops. She loved her meal and would also love to return. I'm thinking about coming back and giving their lunch menu a go
Always delicious quality food from amelias. I’ve had many things on the menu but the chicken piccata may be my favorite as it doesn’t come with pasta like many Italian spots so you can have a delicious chicken piccata and not feel as guilty about it. It comes with mixed veggies tossed in piccata sauce. Delicious !
Couldn’t have had a better experience! Food was great and came out quickly drinks were good. I let them know ahead of time my partner and I were celebrating 4 years and they treated us fantastic we had a great time! Will certainly be back.
Restaurant was busy and although we didn’t make reservations beforehand, Mohammad found a way to serve us. The food was delicious, desert had perfect sweetness. Definitely suggest giving it a try.

Excellent meal here with attentive service. My husband and I shared a salad with our pasta orders and they divided it up for us in the kitchen.
Food was not really traditional when it came to stuff involving meat. More veggies than veal on the saltimbocca
