I was visiting from out of town to catch a Red Sox game and decided to stop by this restaurant for a slice of pizza beforehand. I tried a slice of sausage pizza, and it was fantastic. I even went back for a second slice! The crust was exceptional, the sauce was delicious, and the sausage was top-notch. I also ordered a side salad, which was fresh and well-prepared—better than some salads I've had at five-star restaurants. I would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. I highly recommend this place! Visiting during baseball season offers a completely different experience. The standards are definitely five stars while the season is on. However, that’s not quite the case during the off-season. It's interesting how two chefs can use the same ingredients, yet one can result in a dish that tastes like something you could have made at home. During baseball season, I almost decided to dismiss Santarpio's because Regina was just that exceptional.
The Fenway location can't match the charm of the original restaurant in the North End. While it’s more suitable for takeout, the North End is ideal for dining in. It's a straightforward spot, and a large pizza is about $28. Still, this is the best pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend the Cheese pizza, or if you're in the mood for something heartier, try the Giambada.
Wow! I have never had such amazing customer service. David and Nolan were working and were nothing but attentive and kind. They made sure we were well-taken care of while also making sure all the other customers were taken care of as well. Definitely recommend!

I visited Regina Pizzeria to order some pizza, but the manager mistakenly charged me twice for the two slices I requested, leaving my bank account in the negative. On top of that, the pizza was cold and not fresh at all.

Fantastic spot for a quick slice of pizza. I highly recommend the sausage slice, which is packed with an abundance of tasty sausage in every bite.
