American River Cafe

What two different experiences! Last night we came to dinner and had a wonderful time! Our waitress from the Philippines was super brilliant! The cook came out to say hello because it wasn't busy! This morning our waitress was rude. I asked for spiced creamer, she told me no, this place is stylish. Then they wouldn't have two tables for a family of 6. They made 4 and 2 sitting on separate tables. (But don't worry, they were close to each other. Then instead of putting their two tables together, they would rather dirty two new tables during their busy breakfast time. I feel bad to give less than 4 stars since last was great. This morning was an unorganized circus.

American River Cafe has rich breakfast and lunch. The food is delicious. I tried her hot pastarami sandwich and it was delicious. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Especially our server Naomi was super nice and she made sure we had great time while we were fed. Come back.

Karla made our day start out great. She had such a good way about her. Even the drink kid seemed like he enjoys his job. Heather (manager) should be proud. And our breakfast was great too!

Oh, my GAWD! That was AMAZING! Our waiter was brilliant and the drink lady held our soda so full!!!! The nativity and shrimp were so good and their BBQ sauce was delicious to the maximum!

Went on 7/14/21. Prime rib and shrimp special was good. Came with plenty of shrimp. Didn’t take too long for food to come out. Server Mike was pleasant, funny, and attentive.
