on request they asked for a table with a view of our 27-year-old dinner. was visited by co. her idea of table with purpose didn't fit me. had to wait past our reserve time and poison got sucking table. should have ordered the limonade because the ultimate margaritas were a pure disappointment. Eating was okay, but taken forever. we could have gone to applebees and better
Always a great view at this CH.....prompt seating with prior) resv. Very busy Thursday night, but it's the summer at Tahoe. No salad bar since C-19, and several favorites not on the menu, lava cake still good, although I liked the prior recipe better. Would like to see happy hour pricing extend into all areas, not just the always crowded bar seating.
We are a local couple living in the Carson Valley. Celebrated our 22 anniversary. Hostess, Server and everyone involved was friendly, welcoming, and seemed happy to be working there. The food was and is always good. We never feel rushed and it is just a nice quality time for a nice dinner.
Always a fantastic meal and atmosphere. We come twice a year and the Chart House never disappoints. Came with a friend and we both got the pre fix menu, the mango mojito, and the kimchee calamari appetizer. We also upgraded our prime rib to the next cut! We will be back! we were a group of 9 (two families with young adult children.) the children got mignon and the adults got the first rib dinner with salat and desert. everyone was thrilled with the meal. beautiful ambiente. fantastic waitress (danke, jack, I recommend!
Daniella (Danni), our waiter, was accommodating and efficient. She was a joy and made our evening special. My 87 year old mother had a special birthday thanks to her and our wonderful table with a view of the sunset.
The only complaint I have is some of the bar staff was either overwhelmed or not happy at their work. Most of the staff had good energy.. and helpful.
